Roll-fed Labeller

Roll-fed labellers use label material supplied from a reel for wraparound applications. The reel format, label length and bottle circumference must be checked together when evaluating a used machine.

Specify the label material and bottle dimensions, and ask which cutting, gluing and bottle-handling components are supplied for the proposed format. Review reel-change arrangements if continuity of production is important for your line. A machine’s maximum stated speed should be confirmed against the actual bottle and label combination.
