Used Filler

A used filling machine must suit the product as well as the container. Elitekno’s filling categories distinguish technologies such as gravity, vacuum, isobaric and volumetric filling. These terms describe different operating principles; they are not interchangeable descriptions of the same machine.

Start with the filling process

Specify whether the product is still or carbonated, its filling temperature and any relevant characteristics such as viscosity. Then identify bottle or container dimensions, the required fill quantity and the hourly output. Features such as pre-evacuation, level adjustment or cleaning arrangements need to be checked on the individual machine, not assumed from its category.
