Used Filling Monoblock

A used filling monoblock integrates filling and capping within one machine; configurations may also include rinsing. The number of rinsing grippers, filling valves and capping heads describes the configuration, but does not by itself establish the output for your product.

One machine, several compatibility checks

Evaluate each section: bottle handling and rinsing, the filling technology, and the closure applied by the capper. Crown caps, screw caps and corks require the appropriate closing equipment. A monoblock configured for one closure should not be assumed to accept another without a documented conversion.
