PET Bottling Line

For a used PET bottling line, the first distinction is how bottles reach the filler: the proposed equipment may include bottle blowing, or may require bottles from a separate system. Check the equipment list rather than assuming a blower, moulds or compressed-air equipment are part of the sale.

Bottle and closure compatibility

Bottle volume alone is not enough to establish compatibility. Neck finish, closure, bottle shape and the installed handling parts also matter. Where blowing is included, identify the preforms and moulds associated with the offered configuration. For filling, specify whether the product is still or carbonated and which process your production requires.
